Meet Your Chaplain: Mark Pruett

We are excited to introduce Mark Pruett, the dedicated chaplain serving our Work & Social community. Mark has been with Corporate Chaplains of America since 2020 and currently provides care and guidance to over 900 employees and their families across 12 different companies. With a background in education, ministry, and counseling, he brings a wealth of experience in supporting individuals through both professional and personal challenges.

Mark earned his MA in Biblical Counseling and Theology from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary and is passionate about building purposeful relationships to help people navigate life’s complexities. Whether you need a listening ear, guidance through a difficult decision, or simply someone to check in on your well-being, Mark is here to provide confidential, judgment-free support at no cost to you.

1. Introduction: First impressions matter. We kick off our partnership with an onsite orientation where each office tenant meets their dedicated chaplain. This initial introduction is the foundation for a trusted relationship that fosters open, judgment-free conversations.

2. Availability: Building trust takes time, which is why weekly onsite chaplain visits are a cornerstone of this service. These voluntary, completely confidential meetings allow employees and business leaders to share personal or professional challenges on their terms, in a safe space.

3. Engagement: Real care goes beyond a conversation. CCA chaplains provide one-on-one care sessions, both onsite and offsite, for those who need deeper support. Whether it’s guidance through a crisis, personal development discussions, or just a listening ear, this service empowers employees and business leaders to get the support they need without blurring professional lines.

4. Dependability: Support shouldn’t stop when the workday ends. Your company will have access to a dedicated 24/7 chaplain hotline—a national network of professionals ready to provide guidance in real time. Getting started with CCA at Work & Social is simple and seamless:

1. Personal Introduction – Our chaplain will meet with each office tenant individually to introduce themselves and explain the services available.

3. Ongoing Support – Beyond regular visits, chaplains are accessible at any time for additional guidance.

This service is exclusively for Work & Social office tenants. While it does not extend to employees who do not work out of our space, we strongly encourage businesses with larger teams to explore broader CCA services.
