No Other Coworking Space Will Offer This Perk—And That’s Exactly Why We Are
Offering What Truly Matters
The big-box coworking spaces play it safe, offering the same amenities. But we believe a workspace should stand for something bigger. That’s why we’re the first coworking space bold enough to bring Corporate Chaplains of America (CCA) into our offices—at no extra cost to our tenants.
Some might call it unconventional. Some might even call it risky. We call it necessary. Because real business leaders know that true success isn’t just about profit margins—it’s about taking care of yourself and your team in ways that actually matter.
A Mission-Driven Community—Locally & Veteran Owned
Work & Social is locally owned, veteran-founded, and built on the belief that business is personal. Our founder, Dave Younts, isn’t just another entrepreneur—he’s a former Army officer who deployed to Afghanistan. In the toughest times, far from home and the comforts of normal life, he found strength through his conversations with a military chaplain. That experience left a lasting impact. He knew firsthand the power of having someone to turn to when facing pressure, stress, and the mental toll of leadership.
That’s why we’re making sure our members have access to the same kind of unparalleled support, right where they work.
Still skeptical? Just ask Christopher Prieto, founder of Prime BBQ, one of the most respected businesses in the area.

Work & Social: A Workspace That Actually Cares
For Founders, Business Owners and Leaders
We’re not WeWork. We’re not Industrious. We’re not Regus. We’re not a faceless, corporate entity. We’re a small business, just like you. We understand the immense pressure business owners face—balancing everything from growth strategies to payroll, while often feeling like they’re on an island with no one to talk to.
Entrepreneurs are three times more likely to struggle with mental health issues like depression and anxiety than the general population. The weight of leading a business, making payroll, and ensuring the success of a company often comes with fear, isolation, and burnout. Founders can’t always open up to their employees, their peers, or even their families. Who do they talk to when they’re overwhelmed?
That’s why we’ve partnered with Corporate Chaplains of America (CCA)—so that business owners and their teams have an empathetic, confidential resource who understands the pressures of leadership.
For Employees and Their Families
Understanding these challenges, we offer support not only to founders but also to their employees and their families. By providing access to Corporate Chaplains of America (CCA), we enable business leaders to extend a compassionate resource to their teams. This service allows employees to seek guidance and support for personal and professional issues, fostering a culture of care without compromising professional boundaries. Chaplains can assist with stress management, family challenges, and more, ensuring that everyone in the organization feels valued and supported.
By integrating CCA services into our coworking space, Work & Social helps bridge the gap between leadership and staff, promoting a healthier, more connected workplace. This approach not only enhances employee well-being but also contributes to improved morale and productivity, reflecting our commitment to being a workspace that genuinely cares.
What You Get with Corporate Chaplains of America
Corporate Chaplains of America (CCA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing compassionate, confidential, and faith-based support in the workplace. Their chaplains are trained professionals who assist employees and business owners with:
-
Introduction: First impressions matter. We kick off our partnership with an onsite orientation where each office tenant meets their dedicated chaplain. This initial introduction is the foundation for a trusted relationship that fosters open, judgment-free conversations.
-
Availability: Building trust takes time, which is why weekly onsite chaplain visits are a cornerstone of this service. These voluntary, completely confidential meetings allow employees and business leaders to share personal or professional challenges on their terms, in a safe space.
-
Engagement: Real care goes beyond a conversation. CCA chaplains provide one-on-one care sessions, both onsite and offsite, for those who need deeper support. Whether it’s guidance through a crisis, personal development discussions, or just a listening ear, this service empowers employees and business leaders to get the support they need without blurring professional lines.
-
Dependability: Support shouldn’t stop when the workday ends. Your company will have access to a dedicated 24/7 chaplain hotline—a national network of professionals ready to provide guidance in real time. Employees and their families can use this resource for anything from crisis intervention to day-to-day challenges. Additionally, members will have access to a secure app filled with valuable well-being resources.
How to Start Engaging with the Chaplain
Getting started with CCA at Work & Social is simple and seamless:
-
Personal Introduction – Our chaplain will meet with each office tenant individually to introduce themselves and explain the services available.
-
Confidential Consultations – Tenants can schedule private sessions to discuss personal or professional challenges.
-
Ongoing Support – Beyond regular visits, chaplains are accessible at any time for additional guidance.
This service is exclusively for Work & Social office tenants. While it does not extend to employees who do not work out of our space, we strongly encourage businesses with larger teams to explore broader CCA services.
The Bottom Line: Your Business Thrives When People Thrive
You didn’t start your company to work yourself into the ground. You built it to create impact, freedom, and success. Work & Social is here to support that mission in ways no other coworking space will.
